This service is designed specifically for customers who need the tenant handover managed on their behalf. It does not include a Property Inventory Report, full room-by-room condition inspection or Schedule of Condition unless one of those services is separately booked.
The £45 price is a starting price. Your final quotation reflects the collection location, property location, distance, access arrangements and any additional appointment requirements.
