Our clerk attends on the confirmed date and completes the booked inspection or service.

Report Prepared in 24–48 Hours
For report-based services, our office prepares the digital PDF report, normally within 24–48 hours.

Payment, Review & Digital Sign-Off
After payment the report is released for review, factual amendments where appropriate, then final digital signatures.
Check-In booked? Our clerk also meets the tenant at the confirmed time, hands over the keys and completes the separate digital Key Handover Document.

Can you meet the tenant for check-in?
